Paths and Shapes
Paths: This option is used to cut and move an image to other files. For this-
Step 1: first we open the Photoshop.
Start-> All Program-> Adobe Photoshop.
And open an image in Photoshop.
Step 2: In Menu tool bar click at the window->Paths option. After doing this work, open a window of Paths.

 

Step 3: Now we click at the Pen Tool and select that image which you want to cut.

After selecting the image, click at Load path as a selection button and then click at the make work path from selection by Path window. And then click Edit-> cut.

Step 4: Now we open a new background image and Paste the image on this background.

Shapes: This option is used to give the other costumes with an image.
Step 5: Click at the Custom shape tool (U). Then click at the Shape Box in standard tool bar. You can find different Customs in Shape box.
If you want other Customs in shape box then click at the top button of shape and choose All options.
After doing this, we can see all customs in Shape box.
Now you can use any custom for your image file.

 

 

Step6: Now Click at the File-> Save as…option.
Short key- Shift+Ctrl+S

 

 

After opening Save as window.
Step 7: Fill all the requirement of Save as window.

Save in: hear, give the path (Where you want save the file)

File name: hear, give the name of your file (As you like).

Format: hear; give the format of your file.
As: - 1- if you want to save your file in PSD format then choose the Photoshop [*.PSD,*.PDD].
2- If you want save your file in JPG format then choose the JPEG [*.JPG,*.JPEG,*.JPE].

 

Note: PSD means- this format uses to Re-change of your file. And
           JPG means- after use this format you can not Re-change of your file.
